Xinte design the products by the newest 3D drawing software .It makes the products more diverse, and cares about the concept of human reason engineering to change the stereotyped concept of the air tools by being practical and changing exterior appearance. Our researchers checked every round segment strictly by rich experience from conceiving, designing to testing and so on in order to bring the consumers the better products.
Xinte always takes quality priority and punctual delivery as production target. From the beginning of the parts, we set up each air tool with the professional manufacturers and the trained staff. In different processes, we control strictly and protect them from damaging in order to produce good quality products.
Regardless of the components produced by the manufacturers or Xinte, all that should pass the quality control personnel’s inspection with inspection equipments in order to control the quality of each component strictly and ensure the standard and the quality of every part.
We use the newest 3D drawing software to design the new products. Each product was designed with practical popular and attractive appearance as a consideration. Instead of heavy and icy impression of the air tools, we take ergonomic, lightweight and attractive concept, and color-designed corporate image as the principle thing.
We print the mold through the 3D printing machine. In order to make the model ergonomic to cater for market demand, we discuss with designer, and modify the mold constantly.
Aside from the excellent design, we also use the CNC, electric discharge, milling, lathe machine and wire cutting and so on to speed up developing the mold and make it more precise.
In the step of plastic-developing part, there are also many new injection molding machines for testing and producing, especially the new grips which are made of anti-vibration material can reduce occupational injury
On the part of component production, we have cooperated a series of steps with profession manufacturers for decades, such as die casting, automated production machine, heat treatment, grinding, surface treatment and so on. After passing strict product testing, we start assembling and packaging carefully
In order to prevent the products from damaging and ensure the quality of them, we protect the products strictly and send the professional staffs to assemble them. After assembling and testing, all of the products reach the best quality so that whatever products or capacity in Xinte are very steady.
